To strengthen our Regional Management team Western, Northern Europe located in Wolfenbüttel, we are looking for a temporary support for 1 year as

Working Student Region Western & Northern Europe (f/m/d)

for 20 hours/week

The following tasks are waiting for you:

• Correspondence with foreign distribution partners
• Planning, organization and implementation of partner and customer visits in Germany
• Preparation and follow-up of budget and partner meetings
• Coordination tasks as an interface between foreign partners and internal departments
• Cross check & approve partners marketing invoices
• Participate in or lead special projects (e.g. packaging projects)
• Validate, check and process monthly travel and entertainment expenses

You would be a perfect fit for this position, if you have the following skills & qualifications:

• Currently enrolled student in a bachelor's or master's degree program
• Well organized and structured working manner with good communication skills
• Flexible and like to work in an agile working environment
• Affinity towards mobility
• Proficient English & German language skills (written & verbally)
• Sound MS Office experience, SAP experience preferable
