Global Brand Manager (f/m/d)
In close cooperation with other departments and markets worldwide, you will implement innovative ideas and design creative projects that have an international impact. You will be involved in the strategic development of the brand and will be responsible for the following core tasks:
- Implementing brand strategies and brand collaborations
- Management, planning and control of global marketing activities
- Development of marketing innovations and effectiveness through systematic and structured derivation of measures from insights-based analyses
- Provision of global brand assets
- Monitoring the achievement of predefined KPIs
- Monitoring the competition
- Promoting, expanding and maintaining the internal and external network
- Supporting the expansion of the brand as an active partner in nightlife
Your qualifications & skills:
- Completed studies in the field of marketing or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the specific marketing of a lifestyle brand
- Experience in developing comprehensive marketing plans using all channels (owned, earned, shared & paid)
- Experience in working with and managing agencies
- High affinity for (suburban) trends, consumer insights and innovations and a keen sense for lifestyle and brand trends
- Ideally networking experience
- High level of understanding of the target group
- Entrepreneurial mindset and independent, structured way of working, but at the same time enjoy working in teams
With your creative and innovative hands-on mentality, you are keen to implement and manage projects. With your strong communication skills, you demonstrate a high degree of assertiveness and act as a role model (in the team and beyond) in terms of behavior, cooperation, work attitude and skills.
