Teamlead Website/E-Commerce (f/m/d)
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Teamlead who can:

Collaboration and Leadership:

Collaborate with other global functions and markets teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals

Provide leadership in driving a consumer-centric and results-oriented culture

Train and mentor team members on effective website, e-commerce and CRM practices

Enhance website functionality for seamless user navigation

Implement SEO strategies to improve the platform's visibility
-
Analyze user behavior to optimize user experiencee.

E-commerce:
-
Manage the end-to-end e-commerce process, from product listings to order fulfillment
-
Implement strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth
-
Analyze e-commerce metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
-

Consumer Relationship Management (CRM):
-
Develop and execute CRM strategies to build and maintain strong consumer relationships
-
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, preferences, and feedback.

Implement personalized communication strategies to enhance consumer engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified consumer experience

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user engagement, and e-commerce performance

Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all aspects of the role

Use data insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve processes

Technology Integration:

Stay updated on the latest technologies relevant to websites, e-commerce, and CRM

Identify opportunities for technological enhancements to streamline operations

Oversee the integration of new tools or features to improve overall efficiency

Your skills and qualifications:
- Completed studies in marketing or similar field
- Experience in e-commerce of physical or digital products, the development and roll-out of digital services
- First experience in team leadership

Proficient and fluent in English is mandatory. Optional also German skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Empathy and a commitment to achieving excellence
- Being an ambassador for our digital ambition and to make an impact on your teams working with you
- Strategic mindset, a strong understanding of digital platforms, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities to ensure the successful achievement of the defined KPI´s
