The Process Management & PMO organisational unit is a core unit and centre of excellence for process management and project portfolio management within the Jägermeister Group. We advise, develop and support solutions for business processes and the project portfolio "end-to-end" together with our internal and external business partners. In doing so, we break new ground to optimise our entire process landscape, architecture and project portfolio. With ideas, creativity and solution approaches across all levels, we deliver new opportunities for automation, digitalisation, AI and robotics as well as New Work for the entire Jägermeister Group.

Project Manager Process Management (m/f/d)

The following core tasks await you, among others 

• Independent planning, implementation and control of organisation-wide and cross-functional projects
• Advising and training the specialist departments on project plans, initiation, planning and implementation
• Designing and conducting workshops, training sessions and documentation as part of project and process work
• Deriving and consolidating technical and overarching process requirements
• Carrying out and coordinating necessary interface work
• Planning and coordinating resource requirements
• Further development in the Centre of Excellence for Process Management & PMO as well as independent assumption of responsibility for topics

Your qualifications & skills:

• Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, economics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Experience in managing projects and leading interdisciplinary teams
• Knowledge and experience in common project management tools
• Certification according to an industry standard (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 etc.) is an advantage
• Knowledge of process analysis and modelling 
• Structured thinking and methodological expertise
• Business fluent in English
• High degree of IT affinity and results-orientation
