For our Global Brand Portfolio Management department we are looking for a

 

Junior Manager (Global Portfolio / Cooling Solutions) (f/m/d)

Limited until 31th December 2024

 

The following tasks will await you: 

  • Setting up process structures as overall project expert (f.e Cool PEP / Meister Code implementation & execution, budget and projects monitoring)
  • Development & launch of perfect serve special editions (Partnerships with industrial / fashion companys) in close collaboration with relevant internal disciplines as well as major target markets
  • Cost monitoring & budget planning
  • Collect market needs of special perfect serve editions and make suggestions for potential partnership collaborations
  • Close cooperation with our Regional Management, procurement, quality & legal department for a smooth project process

 

Your qualifications & skills: 

  • Completed studies in business administration, business law, industrial engineering or corresponding further training
  • First professional experience in a comparable position with an internationally operating company
  • Basic technical know-how is an advantage
  • Leading intercultural and interdisciplinary project teams
  • Fluency in English, German and other languages are an advantage
  • Analytical and solution-oriented way of working, able to communicate on eye-level with critical project stakeholders across hierarchy levels and functions
  • Confident handling of MS Office, SAP, Workfront and Strategyzer (an advantage)
