IT-Security Manager (m/f/d)

The following tasks await you: 

• Significant design of our IT security initiatives in close cross-departmental coordination
• Taking on the management of exciting and challenging security-related IT projects to continuously improve our IT security
• Identification of measures to minimise IT security risks
• Conception and implementation of IT/Operational Technology (OT) security measures
• Carrying out IT threat and risk analyses (risk assessments)
• Co-designing the IT security architecture, guidelines and processes
• Planning and implementation of security awareness campaigns
• Processing and documenting cyber security incidents
• Communicating external security requirements and general information on the threat situation
• Regular reporting on the security status to the Vice President Global IT
• Coordinating and managing external service providers

Your qualifications & skills: 

• Completed studies in IT security, computer science or comparable training
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of IT security
• Sound technical and methodological knowledge of IT security and related topics
• Experience in planning and managing projects is desirable
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident communication skills at all levels
• Analytical skills and a conceptual mindset
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
