Become part of our IT team and support us as 

IT Manager Applications - with focus on Microsoft products and Azure architecture (f/m/d)

The following tasks await you: 

• Analyzing business requirements and creating solution concepts for application projects
• Coordinating and monitoring the development, implementation and integration of applications
• With your expertise in IT technologies, applications and processes, you will take care of the ongoing optimization of IT governance
• You ensure the implementation and management of IT projects with a focus on IT applications and are responsible for the project results in terms of time, quality and costs
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align the application strategy with business objectives
• You take on a central advisory role and are the link between the business units, national companies and IT as well as external implementation partners
• Tailored to the requirements of the business, you work with the IT departments to optimize IT across the board in order to provide the right solutions
• You will also be responsible for coordinating, reconciling and planning the annual budget for IT costs as part of the annual detailed planning process
• Ensuring the stability, scalability and security of applications
• Responsibility for change management and updating existing applications
• Keeping up to date with new technologies and industry trends and identifying opportunities to integrate them into the application landscape

Your qualifications & skills:

• You have successfully completed your studies in (business) informatics or business administration or a comparable education
• You have several years of sound professional experience in the IT sector of an (international) company in a comparable position
• In addition to your know-how in the field of IT applications, governance and IT processes, you already have extensive experience in planning, implementing and managing complex IT projects, as well as in service provider management
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (M365, Azure, etc.), as well as application architectures, designs and standards
• Sound understanding of application deployment and software development

• A good command of English and German is a matter of course for you
