The following main tasks are waiting for you:
- Develop product activation toolkits, programs, and assets for relevant consumer targets and channels along the entire consumer
journey from generating initial interest to driving repurchase. - Build cross-functional network of subject matter experts and key markets to orchestrate global and local content creation
securing global coherence and strategy objectives are met. - Continuously monitor the performance of Jägermeister ColdBrew Coffee. This includes tracking and analysis of sales data and
brand performance indicators to develop recommendations for continuous improvement. - Enable markets to grow to their full potential by providing them with launch guidance and success metrics as well as supporting
them in the realization of product development projects and agendas. - Identify and qualify portfolio-ready markets based on market potential, growth opportunities, competitive landscape, and locally
relevant consumer trends. - In addition, you will be tasked to enable cross-functional collaboration between markets, centrally located disciplines and
departments, such as Global Brand Marketing, Global Trade Marketing, Regional Management, Global Travel Retail, Procurement
and Supply Chain Management. - All with the objective to co-create best practices that generate global impact and deliver on brand and commercial objectives.
- As Jägermeister is planning to continuously evolve the portfolio future product launches will fall in your area of responsibility.
Your Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably German
- Result driven and highly focused individual with effective communication skills to coordinate global teams and align them
towards common objectives - Exceptional organizational capabilities and proven ability to work effectively under pressure, overseeing multiple product
initiatives simultaneously - Completed studies in Business Administration / Economics (Bachelor or Masters)
- +5 years' experience in a comparable brand/product marketing or commercial position at international companies, preferably
lifestyle products and/or FMCG - Profound experience in managing product line extensions and working with commercial and research data on a global and/or
local level - Understanding of brand development and commercial strategies in diverse international markets
- Experiences in leading interdisciplinary project teams across hierarchies
