Global Innovation Project Manager (f/m/d)
Your product development super-powers, your proven project management- and outstanding communication skills paired with a deep commercial and consumer understanding will translate ideas into meaningful launches of new products. The following key responsibilties are waiting for you:
- Lead the identification and qualification of innovation opportunities within our global innovation structure
- Manage 3-4 global innovation projects with key stakeholders globally
- Inspire and orchestrate all parties involved
- Lead and master the exchange with our key innovation hubs
- Prepare regular reports and collaborate with senior leadership team - showcasing strategic options and relevant fields of action for the brand and its portfolio
- Dive deep into consumer insights, foresights and the Best Nights consumer journey
- Lead and manage external service providers and implement their contribution into the process
Your Qualifications & Skills:
- Masters degree in Marketing / Innovation or other related studies
- Profound years of work experience in Marketing for lifestyle brands/ Spirits / FMCG or a respective field
- Proven track record in leading global projects from start to finish
- Skilled connector and relationship builder with boldness
- Experiences in leading international projects and project members
- Creative, confident manner, flexibility and customer oriented; teamplayer
- Competent handling of MS-Office and project management applications
- Fluent in English and German
